Documenting History.

How do you sum up 84 years in business with one campaign?

That was the challenge when I worked with Seattle Tattoo Emporium, the oldest tattoo shop in Seattle.

The goal wasn’t to overcomplicate it. Just capture what makes them real: their history, their people, and their spot in the Capitol Hill community.

A legacy brand that needs sharing.

With origins dating back to 1941, the Seattle Tattoo Emporium looked for someone who cared about the culture of tattooing and could clearly deliver a product that reflected their brand identity. My team and I curated the following:

- Website banners to give the brand a fresh digital face.
- A historic timeline video that walks viewers through eight decades of stories.
- A storefront walkthrough video to showcase the shop’s vibe from the street.
- Artist spotlight videos so clients feel like they know the team before booking (including one in Spanish).
- Drone, digital, and film photography to highlight both the crew and the character of their neighborhood.
